Level 1

Online

A program you follow, with me in your corner.

The method · sports science

Three phases. Twelve weeks. Real change.

Built on the science — progressive overload, periodization, and athletic conditioning — applied systematically, not by guesswork, and simplified for people with real lives.

Weeks 1–4

Phase 1 — Reactivate

Wake up dormant muscles and build movement quality and a solid strength base. Move well before you move heavy.

Weeks 5–8

Phase 2 — Build

Volume increases and a hypertrophy focus. This is where you see the difference in the mirror and feel it day to day.

Weeks 9–12

Phase 3 — Perform

Heavier loads, power movements, peak conditioning. Finish stronger and more athletic than you started.

I'm a Kinesiology student at Dalhousie University and a strength & conditioning intern with the HFX Wanderers FC — Halifax's professional soccer club.

I train athletes and everyday people out of the Dalplex High Performance Weight Room. I've seen what works and what doesn't — and I built these programs around what actually moves the needle.

My goal is simple: give you the most effective, time-efficient path back to an athletic body. No fluff, no filler — a system that works, wherever you live and train.
